We will explore 6 postures in depth that you can practice in the morning when you wake or in the evening before you go to bed.

SPRING YOGA MINI WORKSHOP

Francesca Hopkins from Project Practice invites you to join her for a yoga workshop that'll dust of those winter vibes and to get that spring feeling running through your veins.

We will be opening the chest and heart area, practicing some simple back bends and using the breath to move gently into postures.

We are going to work on any tightness in the shoulders and soften any tension in the neck.
