Francesca Hopkins from Project Practice invites you to join her for a yoga workshop to learn a simple ‘take away’ routine to practice at home.
We will explore 6 postures in depth that you can practice in the morning when you wake or in the evening before you go to bed.
There will be a cheat sheet available to take with you also.
All levels are welcome.
